Fair & square, we will handle it with care

We’re a small, independent brand, and every order is packed with care. At this stage, we’re unfortunately unable to offer returns, as the cost of shipping and reverse logistics is something we can’t sustainably support yet.

That said, we’re always here to help — and we promise to make things right where it matters.

Returns

  • We currently do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference-based reasons.

  • We kindly ask you to review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at thegoodnestt@gmail.com

In such cases:

  • We’ll review the issue promptly, and

  • Arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always step in if something goes wrong on our end.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible, as orders move quickly into processing.
